Description: .NET applications to manage the different in-vivo experiments. Experiments are done to study, verify and confirm different biomedical mechanism with relation to a certain chemical compound.
Project Environment: Winform, Webform and WebAPI applications, with Oracle DB / MS SQL Server as back-end. Service Oriented Architecture with WCF/API services and WPF/Web user interface. Including Experimental Raw Data storage functionality on Amazone S3 and Glacier environments.
Function: Solution Architect. Functional analysis and design of generic architecture to implement an integrated system to support the different Lab Automation Systems.
Environment and tools: MS Visual Studio .NET 2013, .NET Framework 4.5
